LIMITED WARRANTY: Horsepal HRM

Horsepal warrants that your Horsepal HRM sensor is free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.  If your Horsepal HRM sensor is defective during the Warranty Period, Horsepal will replace your Horsepal HRM sensor, subject to the conditions below, at no additional charge.  Horsepal is not responsible to repair or replace your Horsepal HRM sensor if you violate this Limited Warranty.  This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.  Any Limited Warranty replacement of Horsepal HRM sensor shall be warranted under the original Warranty Period for the remainder of the Warranty Period, for 3 months after you receive your replacement Horsepal HRM sensor, or for any period as required by applicable law, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

– Lost Horsepal HRM sensor

– Damage or failure through misuse or malfunction, normal wear and tear, improper or negligent use, improper or abnormal use, or any use contrary to instructions provided by Horsepal

– Damage or failure due to accident, acts of God, unauthorized commercial use, abuse, neglect, theft, unusual atmospheric conditions

– Cosmetic damage

– Any unauthorized modification to the product

– Attempted repair by unauthorized persons or with any parts not originally intended for or compatible with the Horsepal HRM Sensor

This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, which are in addition to (and not in place of) any statutory rights you may have pursuant to applicable consumer rights law in the country that you live in.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

To request a warranty replacement, you must contact Horsepal Support at support@horsepal.com. You will get instructions on how to return your sensor. Once we receive your sensor, we will send you a replacement sensor.
